When the external power grid is interrupted during the operation of the elevator, the cross-flow fan stops running and the car lighting goes out. If passengers are trapped in the car, the space is closed, the air flow is not smooth, and the emergency lights are dim. It is easy to cause panic or even sudden illness while waiting for rescue. To solve this problem, some elevators will install UPS fan power supplies to supply power to the cross-flow fan and car lighting when the external power grid is out of power, so as to maintain the air flow and lighting inside the elevator car. (In Southeast Asian countries, such as Singapore and Malaysia, UPS fan power supplies are standard configurations for elevators).
1. Comply with the requirements of IEC 62040-1 UPS safety standards and have been tested by third-party organizations.
2. Comply with the requirements of Singapore Housing Development Board (HDB) for UPS fan power supplies.
3. Redundant protection design, more stable and reliable performance. Output overload protection, output short circuit protection.
4. Intelligent charging management, using mature and stable constant current and voltage limiting charging, for maintenance-free lead-acid battery charging, the battery life is long and durable.
5. The self-discharge current of the equipment is nA level, which can reduce the low voltage damage of the battery caused by the self-discharge of the equipment before the equipment is put into normal use.
6. The equipment will not be damaged if the high voltage is input for a long time <AC380V (normal input voltage AC220).
7. 485 communication port: can be connected to the computer to read the fault information, input and output parameters are visualized.
8. Input voltage: AC187V~AC264V,50/60Hz.
9. Output voltage: AC220V±10%,50±5Hz, DC24V, DC12V.
10. Output power: AC220V/120W, DC24V/10WDC12V/10W.
11. Overload capacity: 150%/2s.
12. Emergency switching time: ≤20ms.
13. Charging current: ≤1.6A.
14. Discharge time: After charging for 12 hours, when the AC220V input is disconnected, it can meet the 110W load for 4 hours of continuous operation (25℃).
