Release Power Supply

E-MRO
E-MRO brake release power supply is an electrical device for manually opening the elevator brake after the elevator power outage. It is a mobile, automatically charged emergency power supply, used for manual brake release of permanent magnet synchronous host elevators with or without machine rooms. The brake release device is automatically charged when the external power grid is normal. After the power outage, it relies on the battery to provide power for manual opening of the elevator brake. The elevator car moves slowly to the door opening area under the action of gravity, achieving the function of manual fast and convenient rescue.
1. Input voltage AC176V~AC288V.
2. Frequency range 50hz/60hz.
3. Brake release output Output voltage Excitation voltage: DC48V±10%.
4. Maintaining voltage: DC30V±10%.
Rated excitation current 3.75A Rated load 12.8Ω.
5. Elevator speed monitoring, used to monitor the elevator speed to prevent excessive slipping speed.
6. Elevator direction monitoring, used to remind the operator of the elevator slipping direction.
7. Elevator door area monitoring, used to monitor whether the car is in the door area.
8. Operation status display, used to display the operation status during power release rescue and standby.
9. Fault status display, used to display battery low voltage, battery failure, output undervoltage or overvoltage, overspeed, overtemperature faults, etc.
10. Buzzer alarm, in the case of overspeed and other faults, remind the operator.
11. Battery capacity detection function, used to indicate the charging status and remind the operator to replace the battery.
12. Forced release, can also release the brake in the door area.
